With over 30 years of experience as a soil scientist for the USDA, Greg has made countless soil investigations to describe the characteristics of the soil, classify the soil according to taxonomy, plot the boundaries of the soil on maps, identify properties and make predictions about the suitability and limitations of the soil for specific uses.  He's also completed thousands of certified wetland determinations for Food Security Act purposes and developed wetland mitigation plans and agreements, inspected wetland mitigation sites for success, and assisted farmers purchasing wetland mitigation credits.
