Developed and provided training on soil science concepts and wetland compliance to a variety of audiences, including USDA staff, staff from other government agencies, university students and staff, environmental professionals, agricultural organizations and producers, and more.
Developed wetland restoration and mitigation plans, established success criteria, and inspected wetland sites for success.
Completed Farmland Protection Policy Act (FPPA) requests.
Past member of Interagency Review Team for the establishment, use, operation, and management of mitigation banks, in-lieu fee programs, and associated mitigation sites.

Oversaw wetland and highly erodible land conservation compliance for Food Security Act purposes across the state of Virginia.
Coordinated with state and federal agencies to develop memorandums of understanding for wetland compliance to improve efficiency and consistency for Virginia's agricultural producers.
Served as a liaison between the USDA NRCS and FSA in Virginia, the Norfolk District Army Corps of Engineers, DEQ, and VMRC.
